<br />Block Seven (7) in Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and that part of vacated alley as shown in Ordinance No. 6158 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 77- 003925 and the Northerly Thirty (30')
<br />feet of vacated 9th Street, abutting said Lots on the South by Ordinance No. 77- 003426.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantees that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances subject to easements,
<br />reservations, covenants and restrictions of record
<br />( 2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
