<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CHARLEY W. FOX AND MARION L. FOX, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated FEB 13, 1987_ and recorded FEB 13, 1987 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument 87- 1.00869 been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: ALSO
<br />RELEASING EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 29, 1997 AND RECORDED
<br />DECEMBER 30, 1998 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 97- 110935,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT FIFTY SEVEN (57) IN BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
