DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deeds of Trust dated May 1, 1997, June 2, 1997, and June 6, 2000, and executed by S <br />James F. Castleberry, a single person, and James F. Castleberry and Wendy R.
