<br />Grantors in a Warranty Deed dated July 9, 2001 and recorded
<br />July 17 , 2001 as Instrument 200107013 of the records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, in reference to the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Four (4), University Place,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Affiant states that Nancy C. Hastings is one and the
<br />same person as Nanci C. Hastings, notwithstanding the
<br />discrepancy in names.
