<br />he/she is the Legals Clerk of the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />newspaper printed and published at Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and of general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, and as such has charge
<br />of the records and files of the Grand Island Independent, and affiant
<br />knows of his /her own personal knowledge that said newspaper has a bona
<br />fide circulation of more than 500 copies of each issue, has been published at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, for more than 52 weeks successively prior to the
<br />first publication of the annexed printed notice, and is a legal newspaper
<br />under the statutes of the State of Nebraska; that the annexed printed notice
<br />was published in said newspaper.

<br />taxes. On that date, EGWIN
<br />LAND HOLDINGS LLC bought
<br />the property at the sale.

<br />Grand Island, NE 88801
<br />b. Legal Description: The West
<br />Ten Feet (10') of Lot Three (3)
<br />and all of Lot Four (4), Block
<br />Twenty -Nine (29), Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />3. The taxpayer name and in
<br />whose name the tax assess-
<br />ment Is made Is: R, D & D, Inc.,'
<br />a Nebraska Corporation.
<br />4. The amount of the Tax Certif-
<br />icate No. 20140123, assessed
<br />for the year 2012 is: $2,893.47.
<br />5. The amount of subsequent
<br />taxes paid by the Purchaser for
<br />the years 2013, 2014, 2015 is:
<br />$7,943.09.
<br />6. Interest has accrued on the
<br />taxes assessed. The amount of
<br />interest to May 11, 2017 is:
<br />$3,283.13.
<br />Please be advised, pursuant to
<br />Neb. Rev. `Stat. § 77 -1831
<br />(2009), that the issuance of ^8
<br />tax deed is subject to the right
<br />of redemption under Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. §§ 77 -1824 to 77 -1830.
<br />The right of redemption requires
<br />payment to the county treas-
<br />urer, for the use of such pur-
<br />chaser, or his or her heirs or as-
<br />signs, of the amount of taxes
<br />represented by the tax sale cer-
<br />tificate for the year the taxes
<br />were levied or assessed and
<br />any subsequent taxes paid and
<br />interest accrued as of the date

<br />treasurer.
