Goettsche, husband and wife. <br />1 - <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, James J. Goettsche and Sharon S. Goettsche, <br />husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Billie C. Klinginsmith and Doris A.
