Section 3. Receipt of Money and Property: My Agent shall have the power to exercise any of my right to demand and to receive any sums of money, debts or any property which may be due to me at any time. Section 4. Settlements, Payment and Releases: My Agent may give receipts or releases for any of my property or money. My Agent may make any settlement on any matter relating to me. My Agent may pay any of my debts or liabilities which I may be required to pay, including any support obligations. Section 5. Sales, Leases, Pledges and Other Actions Concerning Property: My Agent may take any action which my Agent deems proper regarding any of my property, which shall include, but not be limited to, any of the following actions with respect to any of my property including my real estate. A. To sell or to transfer any interest in any of my property for consideration upon the terms and conditions that my Agent shall deem proper, including an installment sale; B. To mortgage or pledge any of my property; C. To release any of the mortgages or other security interests which secure any obligations to me; D. To sign any other documents regarding any security interest of any type in any property, including a deed of trust; E. To lease or rent any of my property; F. To insure any of my property; G. To repair any of my property; H. To exchange any of my property upon the terms and conditions that my Agent shall deem proper; I. To take any other action with regard to any of my property which my Agent shall see fit. Section 6. Bank Accounts: My Agent may endorse any check or drafts which I may receive and may deposit them into any of my bank accounts. My Agent may open or close any bank accounts in my name. My Agent may also withdraw any sums of money which are on deposit to my name in any financial institution. —2— 201705940
