<br />O'REILLY AUTOMOTIVE, INC., A MISSOURI CORPORATION, herein called the Grantor, in

<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and

<br />electric utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers,
<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part
<br />of Lot 2 Runza Subdivision, in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and
<br />right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
