Shives and Hjalmar B. Meyer (herein "Affiants "), upon being first <br />duly sworn, do hereby depose and state: <br />1. We are the only children of Frank Meyer (herein the "Decedent "). The Decedent died on <br />flo May 13, 2012. On the date of his death, the Decedent was a resident of lANI1e'g, County, <br />r► Nebraska: The Decedent's spouse, Colleen Meyer predeceased him. The Decedent is our father. The <br />Decedent had no other children who predeceased him leaving children surviving them. <br />2. The value of the Decedent's interest in all real estate in the state of Nebraska subject to <br />probate proceedings on the date of the Decedent's death in 2012, did not exceed $50,000.00. <br />3. The Decedent died the owner of the following described real estate located in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />An undivided 16% interest in: <br />Township Nine (9) North Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M. Hall County, Nebraska <br />Section 21: The West 100 acres of the NE 1/4 <br />4. The Hall County Assessor valued the above property, for 2012 real estate tax purposes, at <br />$196,187.00. Therefore, the Decedent's interest has a value of $31,389.92. <br />5. Thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent, as evidenced by the Certified <br />Copy of the Death Certificate of the Decedent attached hereto as Exhibit "A ". <br />
