<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual
<br />easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove landscaping items,

<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lot 2 Runza
<br />Subdivision, in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6`'' P.M., in
<br />the City Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly described
