r <br />w , <br />89-10189's <br />FHA MORTGAGE RIDER <br />(Assumption Rider) <br />(The term "mortgage" shall be deemed to include "Deed of Trust," as applicable.) <br />This Rick-r, dated the 13th day of April 199 , <br />amends the Deed of Trust of even date by and between <br />RODERICK L SKARBOS AND CHARLEtE F SKARBOE , the Borrower(s), and <br />COLVIOUS FE1>ERAL SAVINGS BANK , the Trustee, and <br />COLUMBUS FEW%RAL SAVINGS BANK , the Lender, <br />as follows: <br />One -Time Mortgage Insurance Premium <br />1. Subsection (a) of Pararaph 2 is deleted. <br />2. Subsection (c) (1) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />3. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3, the words "all payments made under the <br />provision of (a) of Paragraph - 2 hereof which the Lender has not become <br />obligated to pay to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development arid" <br />are deleted. <br />4. Th.e f6urth sentence of Paragraph 3 is amended by insertion of a period--after <br />". then remaining unpaid udder said (note" and deletion of the reriidinder <br />of 'he sentence. <br />5. Para aph 12 is amended by the addition :of the following: <br />"This aption may not be exercised when the ineligibility <br />for i.a5urance under the National Housing Act is due to <br />the Lender's failure to remit the mortgage insurance <br />premium to the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development." <br />Assumption Clause <br />The Mortgagee (Trustee); s.11all, with the price. approval of the, f=ederal Housing <br />Commissioner, or his designee; declare all sums. secured lye, this Mortgagq.
