<br />consideration of Ten Dollars ($ 10.00 ) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6`h P.M. in the City Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more
