BUHRMAN AND WENDY R. BUHRMAN, OWNERS; hereinafter referred to as "Owner ", WHEREAS, the Owner desires to connect property to a public sanitary sewer main as follows: A certain part of Lot 1 in Fractional Section 18, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,, described as beginning at a point on the West line of the North Half of said Fractional Section 18, which point is 787.6 feet South of the Northwest corner of the North Half of said Fractional Section 18; running thence South 162.5 feet along and upon the West line of said Fractional Section 18; running thence East 128.5 feet and parallel with the North line of said Fractional Section 18; running thence North 162. Webb Road to the City's Sanitary Sewer at the existing service line(s), in accordance with the requirements of Wage 1041 Webb Road Sanitary Sewer Connection Agreement
