<br />ADAM J. SCHRUNK, a single person, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of One Thousand
<br />Two Hundred Forty Nine and 22/100 Dollars ($1,249.22) and other consideration, receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and

<br />electric utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers,
<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part
<br />of Lot 15 Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6h P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
