Kaiser, a single woman, GRANTOR, in consideration of <br />One Dollar ($1.00) received from GRANTEE, David Osborn, a single man, <br />conveys to GRANTEE, the following- described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. §76 -201): <br />Fractional Lot Six (6) in Block Eight (8) of Gilbert's Addition <br />to Grand Island, and its Complement, to -wit: <br />Fractional Lot Six (6) in Block Two (2) of H.G. Clark's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska: Also the <br />Easterly Six (6) Feet of Fractional Lots Five (5) in said two <br />blocks, making in all a rectangular piece of ground having a <br />Southerly frontage of 72 feet on Tenth Street and a dept of <br />132 feet and bounded on the Westerly side by a line parallel <br />to and 60 feet Easterly from the Westerly line of said <br />fractional Lot 5 in Block 8 of said Gilbert's Addition to City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with <br />GRANTEE that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of such real estate and that <br />it is free from encumbrances except any easements, covenants, <br />restrictions, conditions, and encroachments of record; GRANTOR has <br />legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and GRANTOR <br />warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims <br />of all persons. <br />EXECUTED this 2 ' day of <br />Patricia B.
