<br />DIANNA D. DUERING & JERRY L. DUERING, Husband & Wife, herein called the Grantor, in

<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6ch P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the
