This Modification of Lease shall not be construed as in <br />any way releasing the original Lessee named in said Lease, it is <br />not the intent of any party hereto to release FORTE HOTELS from <br />any liability. The obligation of FORTE HOTELS to be bound by and <br />perform the terms, covenants and conditions of said Lease remain <br />unchanged. <br />3. The sole intent of this Modification of Lease is to <br />permit the operation of a motel under a name other than <br />'Tr avelodge ", the Lease as amended hereby shall not permit a <br />changed use of the property. <br />4. All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain <br />unchanged, in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WEE EOF, the undersigned have executed this <br />Modification. of Leas�a•on the date first indicated above.
