201705643 <br />IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUN4Y, NEBRASKA <br />LANA J. CORNELIUS, g <br />Petitioner, FLED ASE NO. 97 - 126 <br />vs. ECREiE OF DISSOLUTION <br />LARRY D. CORNELIUS, <br />Respondent. <br />NOW on this 11th day of September, 1989, this cause came on <br />to be heard upon the Petition herein. <br />Petitioner was present in court in person and was represented <br />by her attorney, Galen E. Stehlik. Respondent was not present in <br />court and was not represented by counsel. The file reflects a <br />Voluntary Appearance, and Notice of Final Hearing mailed to the <br />Respondent. <br />Evidence was adduced in support of the Petitioner, and <br />Petitioner rested. Evidence was adduced in support of the <br />Respondent, and Respondent rested. The matter was submitted to <br />the Court. <br />The Court, now being fully advised, finds and orders as <br />follows: <br />1. That this Court has jurisdiction over the parties and <br />the subject matter of this action for the purpose of granting the <br />relief requested in the Petition. <br />2. That Petitioner and Respondent were married at Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on December 31, 1986. No children <br />have been born or are expected to be born issue of this marriage. <br />3.
