<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part
<br />of Lots 19 & 20, Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
