<br />PUBLIC LANDSCAPE EASEMENT
<br />PAULSEN & SONS, INC., herein called the Grantor, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($ 10.00 ) and other
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
