Saunders, the spouse of Rae Ann Saunders, being first duly sworn under <br />oath, states as follows: <br />1. That this Affidavit is given with regard to the following described real estate, <br />2. The above - described tract of real property was conveyed to Ray M. Saunders <br />and Rae Ann Saunders, husband and wife, as joint tenants, by Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed <br />recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds' office on April 24, 1987 at Instrument No. <br />87- 102310. <br />3. Rae Ann Saunders died on May 19, 2017, and Ray Saunders became the sole <br />owner of said real estate as surviving joint tenant by operation of law. Attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A" is an original Certificate of Death for Rae Ann Saunders. <br />
