<br />GERALD S. JONES, TRUSTEE OF THE GERALD S. JONES REVOCABLE LIVING
<br />TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2003, AS AMENDED, GRANTOR, for and in
<br />consideration of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE
<br />CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEES, GERALD S. JONES and PATRICIA L.
<br />JONES, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, quitclaims to
<br />GRANTEES, the following- described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. §76 -201)
<br />together with all irrigation equipment and other improvements thereon situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except Lot One (1), Scott's Whitetail Meadow Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty -Four (24), in Township Nine
<br />(9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except
<br />Lot One (1), Phoenix Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska and except Lot
<br />Two (2), Phoenix Acres Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot One (1), Phoenix Acres Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />All of Grantor's interest in and to the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W %2SW' /4) of
<br />Section Twenty -Eight (28), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., except Lot One (1) Flat Creek Subdivision, a subdivision in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />All of Grantor's interest in and to the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) Section Eight
<br />(8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />All of Grantor's interest in and to the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(E %2SE' /4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting such interest as School
<br />District No. 34 has or may have as to the tract described in the Deed recorded in
