<br />This Second Deed of Trust (this "Second Deed of Trust "), is made, as of August 11, 2017
<br />by and among Jeremiah R Reagan AND Vanessa S Reagan Husband and Wife
<br />( "Borrower ", hereinafter referred to
<br />as "Trustor "), Whose mailing address is 1905 W Oklahoma Ave, Grand Island, NE 68803 •
<br />U.S. Bank Trust, National Association, ( "Trustee "), whose mailing address is 111 S.W. Fifth Avenue,
<br />Portland, Oregon 97204, and Nebraska Investment Finance Authority ( "Beneficiary"), whose mailing
<br />address is 200 Commerce Court, 1230 0 Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508 -1402.
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br />Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Second Deed of Trust, the real property, legally described as
<br />follows (the "Property "):
<br />PARCEL 1: Lot One (1), in Block Five (5), in Parkhill Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PARCEL 2: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1 /4NW1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 33 feet west and 52.7 feet north of
<br />the southeast comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, running thence
<br />northerly along and upon a line which is 33 feet west and parallel to said 1/16 section line, a distance of
<br />110.9 feet, thence left 88 °54' and running westerly 39.17 feet to the intersection of the northerly line of
<br />Lot 1, Block 5, Parkhill Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, if
<br />extended, thence deflecting left 28 °59' and running southwesterly along and upon the northerly line of
<br />said Lot 1, Block 5, if extended, a distance of 16.5 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 5, said
<br />last two described sides of said tract also being along and upon and abutting the southerly side of
<br />Oklahoma Street as said Street was recently extended to connect with the county road abutting this tract
<br />on the east, thence southeaterly along and upon the easterly line of said Lot 1, Block 5, a distance of
<br />116.4 feet to the point of beginning.
