<br />electric utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers,
<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part
<br />of Lot One (1) Mil -Nic Addition, in Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the
<br />easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
