<br />underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across,
<br />in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lots 23 & 24 Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in
<br />Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6`t' P.M., in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />REFERRING TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 24, SAID POINT BEING 33.00 FEET
