<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a rx rnber of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, Ne- 648802, is hereby appointed Successor
<br />Trustee under the Deeds of Trust executed by- HERIBERTO LANDAVERDE and FRANCELI BELTRAN,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustors, in which GRAND ISLAND. AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary, dated December 2, 2002 and recorded on December
<br />9, 2002 at the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska Instrument No 020021366 6 and
<br />Instrument No. 0200213667, regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by
<br />HERIBERTO LANDAVERDE and FRANCELI BELTRAN,- husband and wife, as Trustors for GRAND
<br />ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated
<br />December 2, 2002, and recorded December 9, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Instrument No. 020021366 and Instrument No. 0200213667 has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed of
<br />Reconveyance.

<br />The foregoing Substitution of Trustee was acknowledged before me this 2 day of August,
<br />2017, by Dana Jelinek, Executive Director of Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., A Nebraska
<br />Corporation, Beneficiary.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 2 day of August,
<br />2017, by Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee.
