<br />underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across,
<br />in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lots 1 & 2 Woodland Third Subdivision in the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE1 /4), in Section Twenty eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly described
