<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document #95- 108597, on the 15th day of December, 1995, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11), AND THE W27.10 FEET OF LOT TEN (10), IN DEAN'S
<br />SUBDIVISION IN THE SW1 /4 OF SECTION THREE (3), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)
<br />NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
