<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 21, 1993 executed by Kathy Michel, AKA Kathleen K
<br />Smith in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document #93- 105411, on the 29th day of June,1993, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11), AND THE W27.10 FEET OF LOT TEN (10), IN DEAN'S
<br />SUBDIVISION IN THE SW1 /4 OF SECTION THREE (3), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)
<br />NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN _ ESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
