<br />EXHIBIT A TO UCC -1 FINANCING STATEMENT
<br />The collateral includes all of the assets of Debtor, including without limitation the assets
<br />of Debtor located in Hall County, Nebraska at the property legally described on Exhibit "B
<br />attached hereto, and whether now owned or hereafter acquired, induding but not limited to the
<br />following property and rights of Debtor:
<br />(a) Accounts, Chattel Paper (including Tangible chattel paper, Electronic chattel
<br />paper or any hybrid thereof), Commercial Tort Claims, Contracts, Contract Rights, .
<br />Copyrights, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, Fixtures, General Intangibles,
<br />Goods, Instruments, Intellectual Property, Inventory, Investment Property (including all
<br />Securities, Securities Entitlements and Securities Accounts), Letter -of- Credit Rights,
<br />Patents, Payment Intangibles, Rights of Seller in Goods and Rights to Returned or
<br />Repossessed Goods, Software, Supporting Obligations and Trademarks; and
<br />(b) All Proceeds, including Proceeds and products of all of the foregoing and all
<br />additions and accessions to replacements and substitutions of, insurance policies and
<br />payments of, condemnation proceeds of, and documents covering, all of the foregoing,
<br />all property received wholly or partly in trade or exchange for all of the foregoing, and all
<br />income, rents, revenues, dividends, distributions, issues, profits, cash or non -cash
<br />Proceeds and accessions arising from the sale, lease, license, encumbrance, collection,
<br />or any other temporary or permanent disposition of any of the foregoing or any interest
<br />therein.
<br />Unless the context otherwise requires, and whether or not capitalized, terms for which
<br />meanings are provided in the Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect from time to time in the
<br />State of Nebraska, are used herein with such meanings.
