LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY STATEMENT OF AUTHORITY <br />This Statement of Authority is issued under pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 21 -127 (Reissue <br />2012). <br />1. The name of the limited liability company issuing this Statement of Authority is RR &C, <br />LLC (such limited liability company being hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). <br />2. The street and mailing address of the designated office of the Company is: 6687 North <br />Engleman Road, Grand Island, NE 68803. <br />3. The members of the Company have the authority (a) to execute an instrument <br />transferring real property held in the name of the Company, and (b) to enter into other <br />transactions on behalf of, or other wise act for or bind, the Company. <br />4. Any instrument transferring real property held in the name of the Company must be <br />executed and acknowledged by one of the members of the Company. <br />5.
