<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ROBERT J. REINHART AND
<br />TERESA L. REINHART, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND EACH IN HIS AND HER OWN RIGHT to MADISON COUNTY
<br />BANK, formerly known as Madison County Bank, FSB, formerly known as Madison County Building and Loan
<br />Association, Madison, Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 7, 2012 and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, instrument number 201205795, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK TWO (2), WOODLAND PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
