<br />between Marilyn H. Schreiner and Gregory W. Schreiner, as wife and husband, as Trustors, and
<br />Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, wherein Ticor Title Insurance Company was
<br />named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded November 30, 2004 in the Records of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200411518.
<br />On or about July 28, 2005, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of
<br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Citifinancial Mortgage Company,
<br />Inc. The Assignment was recorded August 9, 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200507705.
<br />On or about August 7, 2013, Citimortgage, Inc, successor by reason of merger to
<br />Citifinancial Mortgage Company, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Christiana Trust, a Division of Wilmington Savings Fund
<br />Society, FSB, as Trustee of Normandy Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2013 -8. The Assignment
<br />was recorded August 7, 2013, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 201306401.
<br />On or about November 22, 2004, Christiana Trust, a Division of Wilmington Savings
<br />Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Normandy Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2013 -8, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Normandy Mortgage
<br />Acquisition Company, LLC. The Assignment was recorded September 22, 2015, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201506493.
<br />On or about November 22, 2004, Normandy Mortgage Acquisition Company, LLC,
<br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to US Bank
<br />Trust National Association, as Trustee of the PRP II PALS Investments Trust. The Assignment
<br />was recorded September 22, 2015, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201506494.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, will be referred to as
<br />GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of Seventy -Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty -One
<br />Dollars and No Cents ($75,631.00) and other valuable consideration received from Roebuck
<br />Enterprises LLC, hereinafter GRANTEE, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto GRANTEE the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
