<br />easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove public utilities,
<br />including but not limited to, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, electric utility poles, overhead and
<br />underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across,
<br />in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lot One (1), Knox Subdivision, in the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SWl /4), in Section Twenty seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as
