<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lot 4, Island,
<br />in the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), in Section Twenty seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6 1 P.M. in the City Of Grand Island, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />REFERRING TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 27,
