Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust NATHAN J MUELLER AND
<br />MICHELLE D MUELLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 4, 2000 and recorded FEBRUARY
<br />28, 2001 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number V- `\
<br />0200101494 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Q\
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered: o
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the

<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
