<br />WHEREAS, by Mortgage dated the 4 day of August 1971 and recorded in the Register's Office
<br />of hall County, NEBRASKA, of record under BK155 P51, KEITH D STUBBS & JOYCE E STUBBS
<br />mortgage real estate described therein, for the purpose of securing the payment of an indebtedness also
<br />described therein; and
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage has been paid in full, and there is
<br />nothing due of owing in connection therewith: LOT 16 ISLAND ACRES 6 A REPLAT OF LOTS 19 &
<br />20 GRAND ISLAND NE
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, Union Planters Bank N.A. F/K/A Union
<br />Planters National Bank F /K/A Leader Federal Bank For Savings F/K/A Leader Federal Savings & Loan
<br />Association , as owner of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, acknowledges full payment
<br />and satisfaction thereof and does hereby release and discharge the lien to secure same in full.
<br />The undersigned convenants that the party named above as such was the sole and unconditional
<br />owner of the indebtedness at the time of the final payment and having the lawful right does hereby
<br />execute this release.
