<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by BERNICE LM ROSS, AN UNMARRIED
<br />PERSON as Trustor,
<br />to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of The Equitable Building and Loan Association
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, as Beneficiary, dated January 12 , 1996. and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 96- 100443 , has been paid,
<br />and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys
<br />to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to
