<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GARY L PICTHALL and MARY S
<br />C PICTHALL, HUSBAND AND WIFE , to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED G
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated JULY 8, 1999 , and recorded JULY 14, 1999 in the

<br />paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
