Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue, <br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to FEDERAL HOME LOAN <br />MORTGAGE CORPORATION, 1410 Springhill Road, McLean VA 22102, <br />without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lot Seventeen (17), Westwood Park Second Subdivision, in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated May 5, 1999, and recorded on May 11, 1999, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at <br />Instrument No. 99- 104871 wherein Steven J. Yelkin and Brenda K. <br />Yelkin, Husband and Wife are named Trustors; and Equitable Building <br />& Loan Association, FSB is named Beneficiary; and Farmers State <br />Bank & Trust Company of Superior is named Trustee, wherein Trustor <br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein <br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other <br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the <br />principal amount of $112,000.00 and interest thereon according to <br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of <br />Trust was assigned by Equitable Building & Loan Association, FSB to <br />Farmers State Bank & Trust Company of Superior by an Assignment <br />dated May 5, 1999 and recorded on May 11, 1999 in Instrument No. <br />99- 104872 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska.
