I Case No. 94 -182 <br />] <br />vs. ] STIPULATION <br />] <br />CITY OF GRA14D ISLAND, ] <br />NEBRASKA. ] <br />] <br />Defendant. ] <br />WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island levied an assessment <br />for sanitary sewer improvements against the following <br />described property: <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (NWhSW,4)*.of Section Eleven (11), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10):West of the <br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. more partieu- <br />barly described as follaws : <br />Beginning at . the Sout[hv.,ast corner of Lot Twenty -two <br />(22), Western Heights subdivision; thence East <br />to the Southeast corner of,Lot Twelve (12) <br />of said Western Heights subdivision; thence <br />South 1,084.49 feet; thence West 175 feet; <br />thence North- 909449.feet; thence West 175 feet <br />South of the South line of Western Heights. <br />Subdivision to the East line of Engleman Read*; <br />thence North on the East line of Engleman Road <br />for a distance of 175 feet to the point of <br />beginning; <br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 7440 of the City of Grand Island; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said assessment in the amount of $37,693.17 <br />was deferred without interest pursuant to Neb. R.R.S. <br />19 -2428 to 19- 2431; and <br />WHEREAS, Orville W. Cumming and Patricia A.
