HOCH, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, pursuant to the terms and <br />conditions of a certain Supplement to Amended and Restated Real <br />Property Exchange Agreement between Grantor and Grantee dated <br />June 15, 2001 conveys to GRANTEE, GIAET, L.L.C., a Nebraska <br />limited liability company, the following described real estate <br />(as defined in NEB. REV.
