1 <br />a <br />1 <br />89-- 101534 <br />MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />THIS MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this <br />day of 4tZ 4rf& , 1989, by and between DENNIS P. bONDLINGER, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor ", JUANITA K. DONDLINGER, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Spouse ", husband and wife, and THE <br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to <br />as "Mortgagee ". <br />Wr_T TESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, as security for a Mortgage Note date r'isaty 29, <br />1934, in the original principal amount of Eighty '1"h zand.':�4, d <br />evo /100 Dollars ($80,00 0.00), 'Mortgagor, together wi-4:i' his wife <br />e ' <br />that time, did execute and deliver a Mortgage in favbr of Mort - <br />gagee in respect to that real estate described as: <br />Lot.Four (41 and Lot Five (5) in Block Six (6) in <br />Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraskai <br />WHEREAS, such nortgage was duly filed ©f., recoti on Na:rch 8, <br />1984, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ti aII County, <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 001204, and contains a stated <br />maturity date of February 28, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, Mortgagor now wishes to extend the 7aturity date of <br />the indebtedness for which such Mortgage was given. and Mortgagee <br />is willing to enter into such an extension - conditioned upon the <br />filing of this Kortgage Extension Agreement of record which has <br />been joined in by Spouse for the purpose of evidencing the con - <br />tinuance of the real estate as security for the ".ortgagor's <br />indebtedness to by n,_-d f ied and extended, <br />N011, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />herein contained, it is agreed: <br />1. Extension of 'faturity. The maturity of the. Mortgage <br />identified above is h, reby extended to February 23. 19940 and <br />such Mortgage shall c:,ntinue as security for remaining indebted- <br />ness in the principal amount of Sixty -Four Thousand Five hundred <br />Seven and 99/100 Dollars ($64,507.99) evidenced by a Loan Modi- <br />fication and Extension Agreement dated v , t- _ )% , 1989, in <br />respect to original indebtedness therein identified. <br />2. Joinder of Spouse.
