Sims, Husband and wife, Grantor whether one or <br />more, in consideration of Fifty -two thousand and no /100(52,000), a receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, conveys to Robert L Smith, Jr and Tabatha R Smith, Husband and <br />wife, Grantees, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Cairo Mayfieild Village 5 "' Addition Lot Seven (7) and North 30 Feet of Lot Eight (8), <br />Block Four (4), Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantees that <br />Grantor: <br />1. Is lawfully seised of such real estate and that is free from encumbrances subject to <br />easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record. <br />2. Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3.
