<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />EUGENE J PENROSE AND JANICE K PENROSE, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated DECEMBER 6. 1993 and recorded DECEMBER 8. 1993 in the Office of the REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT NO 93- 110569 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />ALSO RELEASING DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 28,
<br />1998 AND FILED NOVEMBER 4, 1998 AS DOCUMENT # 98- 110795
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />THE EASTERN 68' OF LOT EIGHT (8) AND WEST 18 FEET OF LOT NINE (9) PLEASANT
<br />VIEW FIFTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
