<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by Carlos O'Kelly's, Inc., a Kansas corporation, whose
<br />mailing address for purposes of this Deed of Trust is 1877 N. Rock Road, Wichita,
<br />Kansas 67206 as lessee in possession and Kenneth W. Staab and Rose Mary Staab,
<br />Husband and Wife, whose mailing address for purposes of the Deed of Trust is P.O.
<br />Box 1866, Grand Island, NE 68802 -1866 as fee simple owners (herein, "Trustor ",
<br />whether one or more), Trustor to AREND R BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of THE
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated January 17, 1996, and recorded January 17, 1996, as Document No. 96-
<br />100422 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT tHREE (3) AND THE NORTH ONE HUNDRED FORTY FEET (140')
<br />OF LOT FOUR (4), TOUKAN SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
