Affiant is the surviving joint tenant in a certain Deed <br />dated November 10, 1972, and recorded on November 16, 1972, in <br />Book 169, at Page 341, of the deed records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, pertaining to the following- described real estate, <br />to -wit: <br />The East Three (3) acres of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW }NW ;NW}) <br />of Section Twenty -Seven (27) , in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska and -more particularly described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />.Northwest Quarter (NWINW }NW}), of said Section Twenty - <br />Seven (27); and running thence West 12 Rods; thence <br />South parallel with t6,.e West line of said section, 40 <br />Rods; thence East parallel with the North line of said <br />Section 12 Rods; thence North, parallel with the West <br />line of said section, 40 Rods to the place of beginning. <br />4.
