200,06824 <br />SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS Marty Brown <br />and Jamie Brown hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagors /Trustors" did on the 3r day of <br />January, 2000 execute and deliver to Aliant Credit Union a Mortgage /Deed of Trust <br />upon certain real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, and legally described as: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Seven (7), Brett and Johnson's Addition to the City of Wood <br />River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Conditioned for and to secure the payment of the sum shown on the NOTE, which <br />Mortgage /Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of Register of Deeds of Hall County <br />on the 13th day of January, 2000 as Document No. 200000345. <br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors /Trustors, for the purpose, among other things, of paying <br />or securing certain debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a Mortgage /Deed of Trust <br />upon the real estate to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A. conditioned for the payment <br />of the sum of Thirty -Six Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($36,000.00) , to be a first <br />Mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the premises, recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as <br />Document No. 200106400. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Aliant Credit Union in consideration of the premises for <br />value received, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br />bargain, consent, promise and agree to and with Mortgagors /Trustors, their heirs and <br />assigns, that the Mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the premises thus to be executed by <br />Mortgagors /Trustors to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A., for the amount and interest <br />above mentioned, shall at all times be a prior Mortgage /Deed of Trust and a prior lien <br />upon the premises to the Mortgage /Deed of Trust of Aliant Credit Union as above <br />described. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Subordination of <br />Mortgage/Deed of Trust on this 10 �vt day of [( 2 <br />41wi (J ad a",., <br />BY 42& <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF /" SS <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified in said County, personally came <br />known to be the same and <br />identical person who signed the foregoing Subordination of Mortgage /Deed of Trust, and <br />acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such office. <br />Witness my hand and Notarial Seal on 1p , 2 <br />GENERAL NOTARY-State of Nebraska <br />III DENISE M.
