<br />AND FAE A MORGAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JUNE 18, 1998 and recorded JULY 9,
<br />1998 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98-
<br />106727 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the

<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
