<br />MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
<br />THIS MEMORANDUM OF LEASE ( "Memorandum ") is made this J V day of
<br />li , 2001, by Tedd Robb ( "Lessor "), of 3740 S. U.S. Highway 281, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska and Cottonwood Island, L.L.C. ( "Lessee ") a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />21301 South 1201h Street, Hickman, Nebraska, and accordingly filed with the Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, Register of Deeds and the Merrick County, Nebraska, Register of
<br />Deeds.
<br />WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease to lease certain parcels of
<br />real property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
<br />reference (the "Demised Premises ").
<br />This Memorandum of Lease is recorded with the Hall County, Nebraska, Register
<br />of Deeds and the Merrick, County, Nebraska, Register of Deeds to give notice of the
<br />Lease dated June 1, 2001, between Lessor and Lessee with respect to the Demised
<br />Premises. For additional information, any interested party should contact Lessee at
<br />21301 South 120th Street, Hickman, Nebraska. The term of the Lease continues for a
<br />period of ten (10) years, until June 1, 2011 and an option for an addition five (5) years.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Memorandum of
<br />Lease as of the date first above written.
